  • We are located in the heart of Ashtabula, Ohio. Our address is 1029 Lake Ave. Ashtabula, Ohio 44004.

    We also offer virtual appointments.

  • Online Therapy is remote therapy that you can do in the comfort of your own home or a safe space. It offers convenience and accessibility.

  • Yes we do! We will work to fit into your schedule the best we can. We do offer Saturday therapy sessions by appointment only.

  • We take insurance and offer a sliding fee scale for self pay clients.

    Once your insurance Is verified, we can give an estimate on how much our services will cost.

  • During the first appointment you will be met with kindness and respect, while going through a comprehensive diagnostic assessment. We will also use this time to go over personal goals and expectations.

  • Therapy is not a one size fits all answer. During your appointments, we will evaluate progress frequently.

  • Once you contact us to make an appointment, we will send intake paperwork electronically to be completed before your first appointment. We will need insurance and Identification to verify benefits 3 days prior to scheduled appointment.
